Chef Jeremy Nelson

Chef Jeremy began his culinary career in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he developed an ingredient-driven philosophy shaped by seasonality and the natural world. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu San Francisco, he trained in acclaimed kitchens including Bay Wolf, Acquerello, and Lazy Bear, contributing to the Michelin-star recognition of both Acquerello and Lazy Bear.

Today, as Culinary Director of Villa Pauza in Brač, Croatia, he crafts seasonal menus inspired by the island’s wild ingredients and the seafood of the Adriatic.
