Completed in 2026, the property consists of two private homes, the main house and guest house, set within shared spaces designed for both relaxation and gathering.
Outdoor spaces sit at the heart of the property, with terraces, gardens and dining areas designed for gathering, dining and spending time together. Large communal dining tables anchor the space for shared meals, while smaller settings provide quieter places to sit throughout the day.
From the infinity pool and tennis pavilion to the outdoor cinema and sea-facing gardens, the villa provides a range of spaces for both activity and rest. Guests can spend their days entirely within the grounds, moving easily between the pool, gardens, dining terraces and wellness areas.
